What to expect

You will be asked to confirm your reservation 72hrs ahead of time to avoid our cancellation policy
- The secret password and physical address will be shared 24hrs ahead of your seating once confirmed. We are located in Ridgefield, New Jersey, 07657

Seatings last ~ 2hrs and the menu ranges from 15 - 17 experiences, including something sweet at the end

Seating starts: $200 per person (subject to change based on market prices)

For your convenience, we are a BYOB establishment

You are welcome to reorder any of the experiences from the omakase or create your own and request our chef specials. This would be at an additional charge
Cancellations, Modifications within 72hrs of reservation time or no shows, will be charged the equivalent of the seating fee per person plus processing and handling fees. We do not accept any circumstances of your cancellation, modification or no show.
Seating Information

We are strictly counter seating
- Each seating lasts ~ 2hrs, we ask that guests arrive and leave in a timely fashion so that the next round of guests can enjoy the same experience

Should you arrive late, you will join the service where you enter the omakase. We will try our best to ensure you enjoy all experiences, however, cannot guarantee this based on menu setup and offerings. Please contact us if you are running late by texting our reservation system

We ask that guests maintain a reasonable noise level, so that all guests can equally enjoy the same experience. You will be asked to reduce the noise level and may incur a “large party fee” if the noise level impacts other guests
Dietary Needs & Restrictions

We ask that all guests share their allergies and/or other dietary restrictions 72hrs ahead of your reservation

We are not kosher but will try our best to accommodate all and any requests we can
- We are unfortunately not able to accommodate any vegan or vegetarian diets since our menu comprises predominantly of fish

We will try to accommodate all requests within reason, provided these are shared 72hrs ahead of your reservation

Every effort will be made to accommodate our guests, however there may be times when requests can’t be accommodated. The reservation cost will remain the same

Other Experiences & Private Requests

We offer catering and private-in-home Omakase experiences (Homeomakase). This intimate and custom setting can be offered in-home, offices, weddings, or other celebratory events and requires pre-booking 3 weeks in advance and minimum spend of $3500. For more info email us
- We are excited to offer full in venue private buyout events. This requires a minimum spend of $3500. We work with you to customize your experience and requests. These buyouts are available for 2hrs slots or longer and are priced based on the custom menu and seating duration. We require 3 weeks advance notice to accommodate this. For more info email us

Reservation Process

• Visit the reservation page
• Select the desired time and number of guests -
• Click, "Find a Table" to reserve available seats
• You can only book a seat if it's shown as available -
• If the preferred time is unavailable, you can add yourself and your guests to the waitlist (if available) at no cost. See waitlist process for more information
• Reservation holders will receive a system confirmation 72 hours prior to the reservation time -
• A secret password and physical address will be shared 24 hours before the seating time. Without this you cannot enter
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations, Modifications within 72hrs of reservation time or no shows, will be charged the equivalent of the seating fee per person plus processing and handling fees. We do not accept any circumstances of your cancellation, modification or no show.
Waitlist Process

• If your preferred time is unavailable, guests have the option of adding themselves to the waitlist
• There is no waitlist cost or cancellation fee, until you are notified that you are no longer on the waitlist -
• Waitlist does not guarantee a reservation
• Guests will be contacted by e-mail/text, prior to and no later than 2pm of the reservation day, if a seat becomes available -
• For waitlist on the same day, you have up to 1hr to confirm the seat, before it is offered to the next person in the waitlist
• Once contacted, you will be asked to confirm your reservation. No response will assume you will be joining us for the reservation
• A secret password and physical address will be shared prior to the seating time. Without this you cannot enter
You can book up to 3 weeks out from today’s date (on 24hr clock). The rest of the dates will be shown as closed. We encourage you to contact us by email to best plan and coordinate larger group or private seating's
To enhance the experience, we kindly ask that you reserve your seats in pairs of two (2, 4, 6, etc.)
- Mon & Tues - Closed
- Wed & Thurs – 7:30PM
- Fri - Sat: 6PM and 8:30PM Seating’s
- Sun: 6PM
We reserve the right to reschedule seatings to accommodate the minimum number (6 seats) to host and deliver the omakase experience. We also reserve the right to prioritize private, special collaboration or other related events and membership seatings.
Please note:
• Cancellations, Modifications within 72hrs of reservation time or no shows, will be charged the equivalent of the seating fee per person plus processing and handling fees. We do not accept any circumstances of your cancellation, modification or no show.
• Dress Code: Smart Casual to Semi Casual. No flip flops, gym attire, and no shorts for men
• Warning, consuming raw or undercooked fish, seafood, shellfish, meats, poultry or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness

• Seatings last ~ 2hrs and the menu ranges from 15 - 17 experiences, including something sweet at the end
• Odd seating reservations incur an Odd Seat Surcharge Fee: $100 - S200 based on party size
• Automatic Gratuities applied: Parties of 4: 20%, Parties of 6: 25%, Parties of 7+: 30%
• A processing and handling surcharge fee of 3.5 % is charged on the total check amount for all credit card payments. Cash discounting is available
